I can’t log in. What should I do?
Double-check your email/username and password. If you still can’t access your account, use the Contact page to reach support and include the email you registered with.
Where do I practice SQL?
Use the SQL Sandbox to run queries freely, or open a lesson/activity where you’ll get guided tasks and feedback.
My submission score looks wrong.
Re-check the problem requirements and compare your query output to the expected result. If you believe it’s a grading issue, contact your teacher or support with the activity name and timestamp.
Which browsers are supported?
QueryQuest works best on the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. If you experience layout issues, update your browser and refresh the page.
Troubleshooting
Fix issues fast
Page not loading
Refresh the page, check your connection, and try again. If it persists, open the site in an incognito/private window.
SQL editor feels slow
Close unused tabs, reload the page, and avoid very large pasted outputs. Using an updated browser improves performance.
Can’t see sidebar on mobile
Rotate to landscape to view the sidebar and use the menu icon to hide/show it.
